We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely happy, we offer easy 30-day returns.
How to return
Email support@cygneia.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions. Items should be unused and in original packaging where possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right — no hassle.
